Toilet-trained children (ages 3 and up) will be eligible for admission to the Holy Family Learning Center. At the time of enrollment, parents/guardians will be required to sign a Program/Payment Agreement Form. Specific attendance days will be contracted for. Changes in the contractual agreement must be made in writing and in advance, as well as approved by the executive director. Parents or guardians whose fees will be paid by a private or governmental agency must have the appropriate forms on file at the Learning Center before enrollment can be completed. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all fees not covered by these agencies. Families whose forms have not been filed within the required time period will be assessed a late fee for bookkeeping services.
